We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and provide our services, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you become a client, the performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations, including anti-money laundering checks.

## Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to host this website and send email, and they process information on our behalf. If you become a client, we may share information with HMRC, Companies House and other bodies where needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations.

## How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required by law and professional rules, which is usually at least six years after the end of the relevant period.

## Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict its use. Email us to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
